If you like Build a Burger, you’ll love our new Macaroni Monday. Our Chef has created a very imaginative list of ingredients that will make you think twice about what Mac ‘N Cheese can be. You build this dish in the same way you build your burger on Tuesdays. You start with a bowl of elbow macaroni with one of seven sauces for just $3. Then you choose your cheese (up to 8 choices) and then you go hog wild with vegetables and meats each item for a small cost. An example of our chef’s special combinations is the Mac Arranean – smoked tomatoes/artichoke/kalamata olives/herb garlic sauce and swiss cheese for $6.25. Another example is the Smokehouse – Smoked pulled pork/bacon/red onion/BBQ Sauce and Cheddar cheese for $8.75.
Macaroni Monday menu is served from from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.

You will learn about the history of Square One, the different equipment and parts of the brewing and the distilling process, about the raw materials that go into our products, and different ways to infuse flavoring. We will also talk about how we use our beer and spirits in our dishes. Tours will generally be on the first Saturday of the month at 11:00am, and last about an hour.
