Square One Brewery & Distillery began operations as a Brewery & Restaurant in February of 2006. We strive to produce the highest quality and unique flavors that are not likely to be found in the large volume production of most beer and spirits today. By combining the expertise of the distiller, master brewer, and chef, we are committed to creating an amazing array of flavors and tastes for our customers.

Join us for our Easter Brunch Buffet! We’ll have a great spread of all you breakfast favorites and other goodies! We will offer Brunch from 10-2pm, and will closer the restaurant at 2pm. Reservations can be made through our website, on Facebook, or by calling the restaurant at 314-231-2537.

Ever wonder what it takes to create our beer or spirits? Join us for a guided tour of the brewery and distillery. You will learn about the history of Square One, the different equipment and parts of the brewing and the distilling process, about the raw materials that go into our products, and different ways to infuse flavoring.  We will also talk about how we use our beer and spirits in our dishes. Tours will generally be on the first Saturday of the month at 11:00 am, and last about an hour. The class is free, but reservations are required, as space is limited. Please check with our manager or call 314-231-2537 to place your name on the list.
